6 cups frozen tart cherries
1 cup bite-size-cut frozen peaches
1 cup sugar
¼ cup cornstarch, sifted
½ teaspoon orange zest
1½ cups frozen blackberries
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix the cherries, peaches, sugar, and cornstarch in a medium saucepan.
Stir constantly on medium heat until the mixture is thick and boiling. Boil for 1 minute, constantly stirring.
Remove from the heat and add the orange zest.
Place blackberries on the bottom of a frozen pie shell. Pour the cherry mixture over the blackberries.
Cover with Crumb Topping, covering all of the pie filling.
Bake for 45–60 minutes or until the pie filling bubbles over.
